Sex addiction

I'm pretty sure I have it as I think about sex alot, I mean yeah I love sex wish I could have it everyday but is it really a problem should I seek help or advice or am I over reacting

Simply enjoy, like you I think about sex and have sex a lot. Never worries me, just simply enjoy the experience.

It's just it's the 1st thing I think about when wake up and last thing before bed and constantly looking through fab at lovely women

I would very much doubt you have a sex addiction if you are just thinking about it a lot - isn’t that just a basic entry requirement for Fabs?

An addiction would mean that you are actively seeking it out all the time and your actual behaviour is damaging your life. If you are _constantly_ meeting people for sex then I would start to worry.
