Looking out my window now.

I live amongst some BIG Scots Pines and they are getting whipped about like saplings!!

It was bad enough driving on the M25 last nigh,t but now!!

Glad I'm home!

I am glad I am not out walking the doggy now, it was bad enough earlier this morning!

He does not mind, as he prefers the cosy comfort of the sofa!

well amazingly apart from my shed blowing apart and it and the contents ending up all over the garden everything else seems to be intact and the wind is dying down ...have to admit it was abit scary being in my little tin box all on me own !! but ive just had an offer to escape inland so im gonna be off like a shot !! have to say tho the sea was amazing in the height of the storm just had to go out there and have a look !!! There is something about a stormy sea .......

was very scary driving across the m2 motorway bridge last night , evenreally slow the car was being buffetted all over the place. Its closed now due to an accident earlier on and the winds remaining high

Bloody hell !! It's calm as calm can be here on the NE Coast.

good job you werent there in the big storm ( the one they called the hurricane ) ...we lost our big bay windows and southsea looked like a bomb had exploed in parts of it !

Remember that storm as we were staying in a caravan near battle... The morning had caravans turned over, awning missing.. we were lucky, sounded like a train in the night but we were next to a huge stone wall that towered over us.. seemed to miss the worst... Did it not take the roof off Patrick Moore's House then too?? The astrologer fella??

Harsh night that one...

i'm not sure..selsey was hit by a tornado in the 90's and i think it might have been that one that damaged his place. i saw the most spectacular water spout off hayling island coming home from work one afternoon..so theres certainly odd weather down there xx
