Can we just recycle all the soapboxes please and cut out the preaching to the supposedly ill-informed and weak-minded masses!!

We've all been to school, we all see the news and views, we all have our likes and personal choice and the bane of modern day: shameless misuse & abuse of the well-intentioned 'human rights'.

Whatever happened to tolerance and mutual respect as desirable qualities. It's not a case of either / or.... there's plenty of room on this great big spinning ball for us all to spread out and not shoulder barge eachother every gosh darned day x

Eat what you want but do the so called vegan army know or even care how much water it takes to produce say almonds or even avocado's etc etc and like most things in life it's a balance and are some farming methods wrong ? yes and do we eat way to much meat than is good for us or even the planet yes and opinions are like assholes everyone and his wife and his dog has one and sadly for most of us it's solely based on what they've "Read" in their own little echo chamber or bubble ?? and don't even get started on soya !! xxx

Is it the same as the non-existent 'PC Brigade' or those hard of thinking types who use the word 'woke'; a phrase, in this context, with no meaning? Meanwhile, most vegans are vegans through acquired fact-based knowledge, rather than relying on third-person hearsay and contemptible prejudice.

I’ve been veggie since I was 15. Been vegan for a significant number of those years too. I don’t think I have ever felt like I was in a war with meat eaters and non-vegans. I don’t think I have ever chastised anyone for their food choices in 27 years. In fact, I’d probably say that I have similar viewpoints on annoying militant vegans as most people in this thread do. But let’s not lump all veggie/vegans into the same group, eh? Not all of us a pricks.

Wonders if these eco vegan types are showing contemptible prejudice towards milk drinkers... Leave us alone vegan mutants.. we like our milkshakes and our glass and a half in every bar ..
