Yes it is. It has been about 9 years since I was there. I could wander around Valetta for weeks.

If you see Valetta from Sliema it looks like the image from London Weekend TV, back in the day.

I've been to mellieha Bay once as a kid and twice as an adult and loved it everytime. Id personally avoid bugibba and sliema though
