So after hearing about frozen grapes I became curious about whether any other fruit was good to eat frozen. So far I've heard that banana and mango is. Does anybody else eat frozen fruit?

I use frozen summer berries a lot. In yoghurts, smoothies, and sometimes just to snack on.

Anything frozen is what you call fresh as it's kept under temperature throughout from picking

If I have bananas that are getting a bit old and it’s too hot to make banana bread ten I blend them with a bit of yoghurt and pour that into ramekins and swirl some chocolate hazelnut spread through and freeze them and have that as a kind of chocolate banana ice cream

You can get some frozen fruit in Lidl and Aldi. They do bags of mango and pineapple, great for a cheeky smoothie/cocktail

I have frozen strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries in the freezer for smoothies but I don't eat them straight out of the packet. Does that count?

Frozen fruit smoothies.

Aldi Dona summer berries. If I'm feeling particularly naughty I put them in the machine with milk and a spoon or 2 of yogart. Very cool on a summer day.

Either is nice, frozen fruit I stick in pies or crumbles or smoothies.

Fresh obs is eaten as is or fruit salad or with yohurt or ice cream

Do you need to leave them to defrost or can you eat them straight away? I buy frsmesh fruit but ideally I'd like them to last the week until I go shopping again and some become mouldy.

I'm talking about eating still frozen. I've heard some say grapes are better this way and I had the same thought as you about it being easier to store and eat without it going off.

I keep frozen mango pineapple and dark fruits for making smoothies. I just buy the bags as it’s cheaper than freezing fresh

If you freeze banana and then whizz it in the blender it goes almost ice-creamy.

It’s lovely

I like to mix it up with skim milk, natural yoghurt, honey or maple syrup and sometimes a lil bit of protein powder. Mango lassi too. Sometimes I’ll fast and just live on it for a few days.

OMFG... my ovaries have just exploded.

The BBC should commission you to do a cooking series... I'd watch you! Wouldn't you ladies? A man who can cook... Mmmm...

Kinda like the male version of Nigella and waaaay sexier than Paul Hollywood...

Mmmm must try that!

Mix through a bag of frozen Summer Fruits into a couple tubs of Greek Honey Yoghurt. They still need to sit in the fridge while you have your main course. Then they are just defrosted enough and the whole thing is like a very fruity ice-cream. You can scatter chopped nuts and grated white chocolate to make it a bit more fancy.
