If I could choose any breakfast it would be grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, sausages and sometimes poached egg or bacon. Followed by hot toast with salted butter and thick cut bitter marmalade. Fresh fruit with Greek yogurt and honey and possibly a small croissant or pain au chocolat. A glass of fresh juice (on weekends bucks fizz) and several cups of very hot, very fresh coffee.

What I actually have is a buttered cheese topped roll from the bakery in town, fresh tomatoes, Wensleydale cheese and sometimes ham and redbush tea.

It would be easier to build a house of Weetabix than Cocopops

As a full-time home worker, I always start the day with either a fried bacon and egg sarnie, a bacon sarnie, or a full-on fry up of both, sometimes with fried mushrooms or tomatoes.

No wonder the lockdown has made me pile on the pounds!

I nearly always begin the day with fruits, and boiled water to drink.

It depends, if I eat the first option I get hungry about three in the afternoon.

The latter is fine but the former just described my kind of breakfast, especially on holidays. I usually go for some cereal or toast perhaps.

I mostly eat the former on holiday too. I'd eat it every day minus the pastry if I could be bothered to cook it

Sometimes Weetabix. I'll mix up a protein shake and pour it over them and sometimes I'll add fruit like strawberries and blueberries. Love my Weetabix me

Yes I know you do. It's just the way you had phrased it, it looked like the tea was ham and redbush flavour !

Oh that went right over my head.

I might suggest that to the Tik Tok (the tea brand)

Usually Porridge, toast and then orange or apple juice. Coffee around 9. At weekends I have baked beans on toast with eggs.
