Depends on the picture I’d say. Some nakedness isn’t always necessary. Sometimes it is if the composition of the shot (pun intended) requires it.

Depends on the photo. Sometimes it looks right and nakedness is the way to go. Else it can look like the fig leaves the church decided should cover genitals, which often highlighted the area of "sin" more than covered it.
