Just made it to Hackney Wick from Maldon. A nifty fifty miler. Feeling good about myself. A quick pint in the Howling Hop then train back to Witham.

It looks great . That’s a definite next time I’m down. I like Hackney & Bow. I’ve stayed at the pub B&B in Hackney - Flynn’s as it was called, a winner on four in a bed.

I met one of the brewers when I was on a walk. I've been buying from them since. Plus, they have a rum that goes down very well.
