You need a good hands on physio - not those that just give you a sheet with exercises to do.

I find the exercises the best part of physio tbh.

Find a good one though - they vary wildly.

I agree they help but I found that the actual physical manipulation helped me better first and then followed a few simple exercises. I saw 3 in total. The first two were a bit useless, the third was excellent and talked me through everything and why and how it was helping etc etc. I am never good at just reading a leaflet, that's why I was never brilliant with those IKEA instructions back in the day

Physiotherapy and psychotherapy are much the same for the same reasons.

It mostly depends on following their torture instructions after the session.

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Acupuncture for definite. But yer fucked cos it's bank hols.!!!

If you "don't do duvets" (like needles), Tiger balm or White Tiger Balm Oil for Rheumatic Pain; Leg Pain; Frozen Shoulder. You can pick it up from any Asian supermarket....

Failing that Vic rub & pain killers - over counter stuff/asprin/paracetamol. Remember to wash yer hands when you go to the loo - you don't want "oh me goolies" moment.

Look on NHS site for advice?
