I had airfryer chicken nuggets, microwaved veg in a bag, cucumber, tomatoes, and strawberries. Dessert was a rocket lolly. Basically just made a plate up for myself of what I was serving to the grandkids... Now followed by orange gin (none for the kids)

Minced chicken (from Lidl), that's been cooking in the slow cooker all night. I crushed 2 vegetable oxo's and chopped spring onions to add to the meat as well as some parsley & mint.

I'll have mixed veg & mashed potato with it when it's ready & then all I have to do is add a chicken gravy thickener.
