I have all year round hay fever and my goodness it drives me up the wall. Anyone got any ideas how to ease it? I’m on a steroid nasal spray and antihistamine tablets.

Everything causes it. Pollen, dust, cut grass, perfume, trees, laundry powder…. It’s brutal.

This is one of the best things to help with hay fever but it MUST be local to you. Farmers markets are a good bet. Do you have pets or have you got a new pet? Pet hairs could also be a factor? Good luck and do let us know. X

I’ve had this for about 10 years, this being the best medical combo I’ve had. I’ve tried the honey thing before no joy. Pets have no bearing on it - no better or worse - has remained constant when I’ve not had pets.
