I spend all day exhausted off the back of no sleep, looking forward to an early night.

Then when 11-ish pm hits I'm like the fucking Duracell bunny on crack

Oh my God, I'm the same! It's like the working day is so long that I stay awake to get more of the free time I want despite knowing I'll feel like crap in the morning

Cheeseville, Somerset

My sleep pattern sucks.

Finished working about 1am last night. Set an alarm for 6 to carry on but woke up at 4 and couldn't get back to sleep, so started early.

Even if I go to bed early I just end up waking at stupid o'clock.

Meh.......

Do you wind down sufficiently before bed? The usual stuff, turn off any gadgets a little while before.

Have yourself an orgasm seriously, do you have a good bedtime routine?

I know it’s a lighthearted thread but in all seriousness:

Are you stressed?

Do you eat lots of sugary foods in the evening?

Do you spend a lot of time on your phone / tablets before you go to bed?

Drink coffee in the evening?

All can disrupt sleep - best thing I did was learn to put the phone down!

Being tired sucks, and I hope you get it sorted. But is anyone else now singing I want it that way by the Backstreet Boys?

- I am constantly in a state of being stressed or anxious or both

- Sometimes, not always. I tend to be more salty in the evenings

- I have two coffees in the morning and one tea around mid afternoon

- I am on my phone until the moment I close my eyes. Sometimes I even close my eyes while I'm still on my phone. Then I drop my phone on my face and I'm wide awake again.

Girls you need to make yourselves cum. Nothing nicer than that lovely, warm, glow afterwards and falling into a satisfying, relaxing deep sleep.

Works for me but then again I could just be horny and knackered before I start. It's worth a go xxx

That use to be me then I changed my routine I when in a dark low light bedroom zero screens half hour before and put an audiobook on. I never get to chapter 2 before I'm fast asleep.

Or like us have 2 kids close together (our boys are 22 months and 4 months) now we just pass out from exhaustion l

Read a book and ensure all screens off. Don't eat or drink late.

Diet, exercise, phone usage and stress.

Address them all as the issue lies in one if not all of those

"An exercise routine can help. "

I have one, three gym sessions plus swimming lessons once or twice per week

I work out in the evenings though which energises me more somehow. Sod's law - I don't have the energy for exercise in the mornings lmao fuck my life
