Heard today that some people face away from the shower when showering.

Louise and I both face the shower and have water on our front.

Never thought about it before. What do other people do?

I face both ways. How else will the water cover my whole body?

Doesn't anyone else turn around in the shower?

Colchester

1. Monsoon shower head from above to wet hair

2. Wet Flannel, and Body Sponge

3. Shampoo hair and leave on

4. Apply bodywash to sponge

5. Wash all over

6. Apply bodywash to flanne;

7. Wash face, back of ears

8. Rinse all off

There are about another 8-9 sub-steps, but the level of detail above is enough.

Approx time is about 25-35 mins.

20 mins extra for shave

10 mins extra for tooth brushing, then flossing, then dental jet.

Another 10 mins if nail cutting.

So a complete full on session is 1hr 5 mins on average, but a quick shower is just 35 mins.

I shower in under 8 minutes each morning, exceptions only if:

a) Mr KC gets sidetracked and can't help me out (+ infinite time)

OR

b) I need to shave my legs (+10mins maybe)

Why would you willingly waterboard yourself?

I face the water when I need to wash my front off, other than that I'm a backwards kinda gal

I have a directly overhead showerhead, water comes straight down. Then can switch it to handheld hose for rinsing off any hard to reach bits.

Just one. I find showering therapeutic, so I'm never in a hurry and it's never a chore. Quite the opposite in fact. A moment to be savoured.

Don't get me started on a bath...2 hours can slip by in a heartbeat for me.
