"I absolutely love those pretend peanut sweets that have two little real peanuts inside them. Particularly served in a paper bag which then really annoyingly sticks to then so you spend half an hour cleaning the paper off each sweet. Somehow that just makes then more endearing. My favourite st school early 80s until I discoveted Boosts. I'll add Everton Mints (although I always thought Newcastle Mints would be more accurate) and cough candy. | |||
