CBD Gummies

Anyone use them?

I have osteoarthritis in all of my finger joints.

I’m on daily painkillers but they just don’t cut it anymore and I can’t take other types of painkillers. I’ve tried CBD cream which did work but it stinks to the point it makes me gag.

Was just wondering if it’s worth getting the gummies?

Only other option is amputation which I’m not sure the doctors will go for.

Do you get high off gummies ? Have you tried cbd oil ?...that might be best if you dont want the high.

You wouldn't get high off them. They are sold legally in the UK.

OP I have friends who use CBD oil for fibromyalgia and they say it works for them.

Mr N tried CBD oil for chronic pain, he persevered for many months it became very expensive so he stopped. He noticed no difference. I doubt gummies would be any more effective.

CBD has the THC removed which is the substance that makes you high. Without it, CBD is legal but expensive

I suffer from migraines and sometimes have problems sleeping.

Tried the extra strong gummies and they they dont help me, took 2 gummies at once.

Might be different for other people.

Very expensive as well.

Wont get them again.

Ah that's a shame. I'd been considered trying them for migraines.

I get migraines about once a month lasting 3 days, try and control them with diet, sleep and less stress.

Thought the gummies would help, they taste like normal sweets but dont do much.

Might work for other people though.

Expensive but had to try them as you know how bad migraines can be.

Can't speak for the gummies, only the oil, it's expensive but it seems to work for lot's of different things.

From anecdotal evidence only I'd say the people CBD works for are in the minority.

Try increasing your protein, or take protein shakes which have 20% or more protein. Take it twice a day, and it will help.

Ask your doc or specialist for Sativex, which is the medical cannabis extract. It can be prescribed in the UK.

For migraines I take 3 aspirins every four hours if I need too, usually one dose is enough.

Paracetamol makes mine worse and if taking paracetamol for something else (in the past) they actually bring them on

Does it work?

I have some diazepam from about 6 years ago, reckon they’d still be in date?

I have psioratic arthritis, when that flares up I whack a couple of tramadol down ma neck. It's a good painkiller, but makes me drowsy as well

I tried the oil to help with my sleep. I took it for a few months and it did nothing.

You could eat a whole bag and it won’t make any difference! If they did work they wouldn’t be legal

Have you researched a different cream? There are some nice smelling creams or bath salts.

The CBD gummies are good but difficult to control the dose unless you went for the gummy worm type which are easily divided up into equal parts

I always found the best way of controlling the dose was by vaping but understand it's not for everyone

Just looked it up, it’s only available through a specialist dr for those with MS

I have a friend who gets CBD oil on private prescription it really helps with pain, she only results to smoking when oil runs out , definitely doesn’t get high on oil.

I use the oil, 1000mg 3 drops twice a day but the dose can be specific to yourself. I use if for anxiety / stress and help with sleep / relaxing and find it helps me in that regard. I have a friend who's quite ill with an auto immune disease and he uses it for help with pain relief and swears by it.
