Anyone suffer with Chronic urticaria (hives)

I’m 6 weeks in, on loads of different antihistamines and two weeks ago a course of steroids which seemed to clear it but now it’s back.

Anyone else suffer from this and got any good tips to relieve the itching? It’s driving me crazy

Only had the odd brief case of hives. Have they done tests to see what’s causing it?

All my bloods came back fine, being referred but there’s a long waiting list
