Which Discworld character would you most like to be?

Would you want to be a CMOT Dibbler or a Vetinari? Nanny Ogg or Lady Sybil?

I'm going with Carrot Ironfounderson.

It might have to be Angua. She does get to shag Carrot after all

But I love the sheer joy for life Nanny Ogg has. And wouldn't it be great to let your beard grow and embrace it like Cherry Littlebottom. Too many great characters to choose from

There's times when I feel like Rincewind but the two characters I'm drawn to are Vimes and Lipwig Von Moist.

On balance I'd prefer von Moist (fnar fnar) as he's married to Adora Belle Dearheart, aka Spike.

Has to be Nanny Ogg, although I don't smoke a pipe and I'm four husbands short.

I do love a snack though.

The relationship between Vimes and Vetinari is brilliant.

Vines is my favourite character so I’d love to be him, the scarred and tragic back story but ultimate redemption is definitely appealing

Nanny seems to have a bloody fun life and a delightful ‘who gives a fuck’ attitude. I aspire to having “what would Nanny do” mantra when I’m old enough.

I think being a feegle for a day would be a lot of fun.

Yes. But at the same time recognising just how amazingly lucky he is. I do share his ability to repeat the last few sentences her ladyship has said as proof I'm listening even when I'm not really
