I was on the train earlier when 2 young, attractive, ladies (20 ish) walked through the train to the carriage I was in. They both seemed to have forgotten to put a top on. They were wearing very short skirts and just a bra! Wtf has the world come to when foundation garments are acceptable outerwear? I didn't know where to look!

That's what I did.

I was standing by the doors, facing forward. Traveling backwards is just wrong.

When our daughter was younger I would have advised her against going out dressed in a bra and short skirt, (she probably would have put a blouse on and removed it later). That might be an unfashionable thing to say but there it is
