I actually know where you're coming from, I would of put up with anything to still be with my kid everyday but thats not for the best for anyone. 2 happy parents that are apart is better for them than unhappy ones that stay together

I feel your pain.. my husband was deployed she cheated . I was there for him. The courts chose her and we have both children from his previous marriage living with us. Yet he has to pay alimony.

I had a day today, so I bought myself an entire cherry pie and a tin of custard which I will consume over the next 2-3 days because I do have 'some' self control.

Hot cherry pie and custard, a cup of tea and familiar nonsense on the TV while playing mindless games on my phone has improved my evening.

Had a breakdown couple of years back found it very hard to get back to where I wanted to be. Better now and I can tell if I’m feeling low and keeping busy helps me. We have a dog now long walks and just being with him is fantastic coz dogs don’t dwell on anything.

Also recently got large shed which is my workshop and I can spend hours in there making bits.

Excercise too big help for me too.

Life can be hard try to look forward as no one can change the past.
