Medications help, but having a glorious sunrise streaming through my window in a morning makes my whole day | |||

I've recently learned that a Vitamin D supplement every day through winter really helps. I'm currently on an 8-week course of high level Vit D since I finished melanoma treatment. But my nurse says that ideally, everyone should be taking Vit D through winter | |||
