Secret hideaway in the pennines

Been told by the boss that I have to take some holiday, so I have a week off at the end of August/beginning of September.

As I have not actually had a holiday in 6 years, I am kind of stuck as to what to do.

Any assistance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

That's bank holiday weekend so should be loads on as the kids are not back at school yet

Ive been browsing flights with Ryanair, they are starting to come up cheap again. Love a bargain. We had a DIY holiday to Portugal for a week for less than £570 (for 5 of us) using Ryanair & Airbnb in May. You could try create a holiday at a destination you know you will enjoy. Mind you the planning is part of the fun for me haha
