By text message my phone says text failed, by card payment I can enter all details and then press process, it goes to another white screen and nothing happens. Any ideas what’s going on?

I'm not sure op sorry ,

I do mine from my phone by text

If it keeps happening maybe try another method or contact admin in case there's a glitch .

Do you have a £0 spend cap on your phone. That’s what stopped me, changed it to a tenner and now it’s all good.

Not sure about the card payment though

I’ve had the same with text payment and I don’t have a spend cap. iPhone on Vodafone!

I had a similar experience, by text and card. I guess certain cards aren't supported by the payment software. I paid by paypal instead (hooked up to the same card) and it worked fine. Might be worth a try.

I have been paying by my card for over a year and now when I put details in it just goes to a white screen and does nothing

I’m trying to upgrade and have missed out on 5 extra days as the site won’t take payment or help get it sorted, the link you send for payment issues does not discuss the issue im having

It doesn't discuss anything, it gives you ideas of what may have happened and then a link where you get in touch with Admin and they will help.

Admin said they sent you a mail about this yesterday, have a check for it in your mailbox
