A lad at work was telling me today that his wife threatened the dog he wouldn't have a party on Thursday if he didn't behave. Do you threaten your pets .

I used to tell rat-dog that I was going to drop kick her into the harbour. She would just come and give me all the love while the random passers by looked at me like I was the devil.

Mine doesn't get parties. She does get spoilt rotten though - unless she's terrorising next doors dog through the fence, in which case, she's threatened with being sent to her bed, which is enough to stop her in her tracks.
