It's quite common to use cornstarch but just an FYI any food stuff and none medical grade water can harbour bacteria and grow mould if not properly and thoroughly cleaned.

Google some of the lubes you make up yourself from the powder. A little goes a LONG way.

JLube can be delivered! Is the ejaculate for internal vaginal use? If so, I really wouldn't go down the foodstuffs root. If it's anywhere else, fill your boots, so to speak.

You could try liquidised horseradish. Might be a bit warm after a few seconds though.

Yoghurt and water until you get the desired consistency, this is both body safe and edible
