"Runny or Hard "

Runny. There's nothing better than mopping up spilled yolk with the last crust of the sarnie.

"Runny or Hard "

Not at all. Eggs belong on a plate where full control can be obtained. They're too unpredictable in a sandwich.

love to make an egg butty when I have egg and chips.

Before I do though, I dip my chips in the yolk and eat all the runny yolk.

Then I put my egg on fresh white bread with plenty of best butter, maybe a little salt, but I love the taste as the butter starts to melt.

The simple things in life are so good
