Sensitive subject, so don’t really want a long thread with people commenting who can’t offer real life advice, pm is fine.

I just need guidance from people who understand.

If you mean have grieved the loss of a child, then I have. If you mean grieving because your child is grieving, given experience there, I'm sorry.

Yes I mean loss of a child, in my case my step son (my wife’s son) , I’m actually wanting insight from a bereaved mum.
