There is absolutely no offence meant by this post, it’s a genuine question.

Yesterday hubby n I were out, and we’re sat outside a coffee shop enjoying a cuppa. A guy went passed, who’d obviously spent ages getting ready. Hair beautiful condition and straightened to sit perfectly. Natural make up and a soft pink lipstick. Nice sunglasses. Red blouse, red tailored shorts, little flat ankle boots and a little brown shoulder bag. Now, here’s the question, he’d left the blouse half open to reveal his very manly hairy chest. Why? He’d made so much effort and that confused me. Like I said, no offence meant

Not all ladies shave so why does he have to, to fit your beauty standards?

Wouldn’t dare do something like that.

I must be completely femme. Maybe she was trying to make a statement…

Not at all. And I quite clearly stated that I did not mean offense.

Gender id can be confusing but I've always gone on the assumption that a crossdresser is just doing that, dressing in female clothes, and a transvestite goes further by being femme.

However if she was happy as she is good luck to her

Maybe she was a cis female? Who had the strength of character to not be defined by her hormone (un)balance?

I have come across many cis women who have masculine characteristics such as to be mistaken for trans women. Sometimes it really is impossible to judge gender purely on a few brief glances!
