But yeah, twice a week. I much prefer it to upper body training because A) More weight = bigger ego and B) I just feel like I have better mind muscle connection with my legs making it easier to know when to progress

We do, though not in the sense here.

We work out a little of everything, legs aren't missed, we just don't set a day aside for them

C- mix it between running on/off road and some gym work.

M- being ex military, grew up playing football as a youngster and then American football in his early 40', has legs like tree trunks and tries to keep them toned with running and mixed gym stuff throughout the week

It's always the first day of a week's training I do. That way even if I don't manage to hit every session, at least I always train legs Plus the kit's normally free when everyone else is training International Chest Day™

You'd think that but pretty much every time I go in the weekdays the squat racks are always somehow the ones in use, even if they are doing fucking shrugs of all things
