I very much doubt it's done on purpose. I think many women simply have no idea that cheap leggings expose so much and would probably be horrified and dreadfully embarrassed by it if they knew.

In my experience, very few women dress with the aim of giving random pervs in the supermarket a thrill!

But the OP asked if women do this in purpose - presumably because part of the thrill he gets is the thought that these women have dressed 'provocatively' to turn him on.

I agree that we all look at other people and judge their attractiveness, no matter how much we might deny it, but most people don't have an expectation that other people dress specifically to turn strangers on, and I think the comments here have demonstrated that it's only a minority of women that do so.

So when someone openly indicates that they'll look at someone so objectively based on what they're wearing, then it seems reasonable to conclude there is some perversion there.
