Close your curtains and blinds to keep heat out during the day, open them to let cool air in at night.

Sleep under a damp sheet.

Cool showers and air dry.

Make ice towels by soaking them, rolling them up and bung em in the freezer for a bit.

Slow down and do less and rest during the heat of the middle day.

Do any necessary work in the evening or early morning if possible.

Tropical hours routine.

Dipped the middle of a tea towel in water and wrapped it around my neck.

Glass of cold drink, resting the base on my wrists moving up and down my forearm was nice
