Why Is grammar and spelling such a big issue? Don’t people understand that some people suffer with dyslexia or learning difficulties?

Some people don’t understand it.

Think of it positively, it’s a filter for you.

If they have such a big issue over shpelling and grama, they aren’t the people you wanna spend your time with.
