that was universally panned by critics do you love?

Inspired by me loving new Prime Video film Moonfall but it only has a 30% score on Rotten Tomatoes.

It's a close one between Police Academy 2: Their First Assignment and Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol.

Though Police Academy 3: Back In Training is also good as well.

It's a tough choice. In no way are they just the same movie rehashed.

Somewhere In The Ether…

Rambo: Last Blood.

The critics hated it as it was ‘overly violent’ and un-pc (apparently!).

It’s a Rambo film for Christ’s sake; what the hell were they expecting?!

It was bloody well satisfying!

Somewhere In The Ether…

Death Wish 3.

Even the late and sadly missed Charles Bronson wasn’t exactly happy with the finished film but the joyously and ridiculously over the top violence in the finale was frankly, quite bloody hilarious.

Damn, it’s my favourite feel good movie in fact

But critics tend not to like romcoms, horror or films that centre women

We got that played to us at school as an end of year treat. 1986/7. I'd have been 15 and Kim Cattrell was just stunning

Not a movie, but a TV show about a movie.

I love The Offer!

It’s a fun retelling of the making of The Godfather

Big Trouble in Little China is a classic and I shall be watching it again tonight.

I also love a film called The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai across the 8th Dimension. Check out the trailer on YouTube, it also has a great cast including Jeff Goldblum, John Lithgow, Peter Weller to name a few.

But my all time favourite is Streets of Fire a Walter Hill Film (48 Hours, The Warriors) 50’s style with an 80’s attitude, bikes, great music and beautiful women.
