I plan to stay out of the sun, but I’m also planning on getting my garden done too… and later I’m off for a back massage, possibly a social coffee with a few people, and later out for a meal

I think today is going to be spent surrounded by friends either enjoying the sunshine or hiding from it but need to do some boring adult stuff first like washing

I swear it breeds by itself!

Work work work (fortunately from home till the end of August as London is too toasty) then another naked dip in the sea when it's close to dusk and the water is at its warmest. Are you doing anything fun and silly?
