What time do you get up compared to the time you'd like to get up?

Depends. Today I'm still in bed as I've been very tired and working nights tonight.

Some days I'm up at 4.30 when I'd like to get up at 8.

Some days I struggle and I'm still in bed at 11 and feel annoyed that I didn't get up at 6 and get shit done.

Worthing

Up around 7 on week days. At weekend a little earlier to do food shop (around 6.30)
