I mentioned something last night where there is more truth behind it than you’d think.

I don’t pay attention to who has looked at me, but I can’t help notice how many do or how many people fab pics because they stand out.

So I turned 46 a few months ago, and before that I’d have around 50 views a day and possibly a few fabs on pictures a week.

And after my 46th ? I’m lucky to get a fab at all, and views are simply zero somedays.

I just imagine it’s all the quality people looking my way.. call me!!

So I seem to have fit those looking for ‘upto 45yrs’. Interesting.

Have others that have been around fab for a while seen the same pattern?

With risk of sounding like Sydney University, I do wonder what the most popular age group is.

Can only go from when I joined I'd say 30 upwards though I'll remember to leave when I turn 46.

There is real bias, natural preferences and system facilitated exclusion, such as 'helpful' age limits at milestone points.

You are who you are and you can do some things to appeal differently to others. It's better to ensure that you're doing the best to sell yourself, despite the hurdles that exist.

The worst thing about being 34 is that he will go to sleep and wake up 45. And then get the kind of message he sent.

I prefer this age for the very reason that we don’t have all that BS. I used to set my own filter to start at 35 because I can’t be bothered with all that narcissistic nonsense.

I have found that there are plenty of women out there who tire of men their own age and look for men who know what they are doing. It helps that we are reliable, discreet, and frankly, turn up.

Age is a stage. I don’t want 21 year old sex. The sex now is the best because it’s more cerebral and less self-obsessed.

I’d imagine the popular age groups are different for men than for women! I became more popular when I turned 40 than I was in my 30s.

OP - I have just clicked over the 46 mark and I sort of agree with what you are saying. It has got a little quieter over the past couple of months. I thought, like you, it was me but speaking to friends (couples and ladies) they also say it has been quieter for a few months.

I also think I have been less active on the site (work etc)and, in my experience, the more active you are the more the site responds - I have started posting a bit more in the last few days and the site has responded. Don’t know if that helps?

Interestingly there’s much more age variation in womens hot pics than there are in mens. There’s plenty of 40/50+ women in hot pics but barely any men in the same age range!

Maybe. I’ve noticed friend or people I’ve watched being less active, so maybe across the board there are less people around. You could have a point.

Personally I think there was a lot of activity right after lockdown and then people have settled into a routine.

With so many fake profiles, men pretending to be women or couples. It's a nightmare. Younger men seems to indicate stronger erections and staying power

I didn't join here until I was 52 so can't comment beyond that but I average 1 message a month, 3-4 views a day and a handful of fabs a week.

Normally when I put a new pic up the views and messages don't change and the fabs are always without fail from friends only.

I put up a new one yesterday and had 7 views and 13 fabs which is the most I've had in a very long time.

When I hit 50 the same thing happened but to be fair I still meet lovely people and have fewer messages to plough through. I go to socials and a local club so I am always meeting people where age is not discussed.
