I'm similar. Stripping off as soon as I get through the door. It's the sign that I won't be going anywhere or having to do anything work related in the evening. I've conditioned myself now.

I generally don't finish work til late in the evening, so get home, clothes off, piss, brush teeth, baggy t-shirt on, into bed and listen to a podcast about near death experiences and boom, I'm out within 20.
