I'd find a way of telling him politely about his foreskin. As others have said, I'm not medically qualified to tell him to get circumcised - if suggest seeing his GP

Genuine question, I've not had a foreskin since I was about 3. If it doesn't roll back, how do you clean it and how, without a partner telling you would you know it isn't clean?

If it isn't medically necessary then circumcision isn't a good idea. If its too tight to be able to pee or painful to retract then it may be needed. Cleaning a penis isnt difficult though
