Friend that blank you

I have a work friend that I have done nothing but be nice to for the last 2 years.

However she has just totally ignored me for the last 3 weeks. Can anyone just tell me how I can stop hurting just a little bit? I cannot get away from her as I work in the same room.

This is no silly game I am just hurting so much I could do with some help.

I think if it's making your work place difficult to work in, then you have every right to ask for a conversation with her and have your supervisor or better still HR sitting in. It's awful to have a valued colleague and friend turn your back on you when you have no idea why.

Good luck OP, and I know it's easy to say but try not to dwell on it too much over the weekend, she hasn't given you chance to know why she's acting this way. In that circumstance you have no way of rectifying the situation, so until she does don't be so hard on yourself. X x
