Morning all

On average how much.... Sleep do you get a night. As I'm getting older my body clock is all over the place. Some nights I sleep all through other nights I'm up half the night. On average I get about 6 hours a night...

Just had about 3hrs last night gonna ba narky today but usually 5 to 6 hrs then once per week have a top up day of 8 if i can

About 6 or so, when I'm alone.

If it's the weekend and I have someone to bombard with cuddles and shit, pfft, through till lunch if I'm not careful. I just slip into Teddy bear mode and it's over.

6 or 7 hrs in Summer.

But, can function on 4-5 hrs.

If I get broken sleep then I'm really lucky as I can cat nap in the afternoon...

A cat nap can be more refreshing than 8 hrs solid sleep. You feel less groggy too! I didn't realise that not all people can do this?

I used to sleep 10 a night until about 24, and it’s been a slow decline since then! Every now and then I have a big ‘top up’ sleep but I feel kinda weird if I get a solid 8-9 hours every night now.

Try to get at least 6 or 7 especially on a work day... today im going on 3 1/2 just finished my nightshifts and dont want to waste 1 of my days off sleeping and would quite like to sleep tonight to get back into a pattern for my day shifts coming up
