In Reading over night on a regular basis. Trying to find hotels I can easily get "guests" up to my room.

Penta seems ok, don't need a card to use lift. Great expectations separate entrance but rooms are a bit rubbish. Anyone stayed in the Reading premier inns or have any other recommendations?

Well I’ve had a few meets in local Travelodges around Reading back in the day, basic, of course, but they do the trick don’t they?

Nice big bed, and a shower. That’s all you need really!

Isn’t it just easier to accompany your guests up to your room? The receptionist has seen it all before and honestly won’t give two hoots!

Good points. I think travel lodges in particular have seen it all. Super cheap and if you only need the room for a few hours.....

Apparently the premier inn by the Oracle is good as the lift is right by the entrance as you go in, if that's any help..

How many "guests' are you trying to get into your room at once ?
