I can’t. Totally not flexible.

Bloody hell Woody.

Way to go to demoralise me on a Thursday night.

Last time I tried (I can’t count the number of years ago with only one pair of hands and feet to use) I could.

No chance now .. ankle to mid calf is my limit (I just tried..) but I might try again after I’ve warmed up for my next run.

Age overtaking me ..

I have never been able to do that. I tried all kinds of stretching exercises as a kid but couldn't do it.

Long legs??? Short arms??? ... it's all relative... failing that Pilates or Yoga to limber up those hamstrings, but you might never touch your toes... so why?

Are trying to get into cabin hold luggage to save on Ryanair flight costs??!!
