Secret hideaway in the pennines

It's pudding week in the fab bake off tent.

You have 90 minutes to prepare a sumptuous hot pudding

Your time starts now.

What are you making.

Mine is individual sticky toffee puddings with homemade banoffee ice-cream

Does apple crumble count as baking? I can have it cooked and eaten in less than 90 minutes.

Does 20 seconds in the microwave counts? Sure the cones are baked.

Yorkshire

First one to finish a croquembouche wins. Must be at least 47cm high and each ball filled with creme patisserie and the whole thing finished with gold leaf decorations.
