Ruislip

I left mine on the train last week. I'm waiting for it to be handed in to lost property.

Somewhere In The Ether…

What about if we tie your legs to a post and your arms to the back of a Shire Horse and then prompt it to walk (but not bolt!) forward?

Unfortunately, the dungeon is out of use for maintenance. Can I recommend "Back Mechanics" by Prof Stuart McGill as a stop gap in the meantime?

Unnecessary, all you need is rope, a strong beam or branch and a weight. (we display and explain various torture methods at shows)

Main thing is - don't do it! Pain killers and gentle exercise is a much safer option.

Ask at your local builders merchants, see if they have a few old pallets, and some rope. A counterweight of some bricks and you can fling yourself great distances...

Oh wait, that's a trebuchet.

Still...
