Southwick

Have always enjoyed sunsets. Today I watched the sun setting over the English Channel at Southwick and the sky was all shades of purple....stunning!!! This time of year is just amazing for sunsets. Most romantic one though was at Rosarita on the Mexican Pacific coast.

Rick's Cafe, Negril, Jamaica - at the right time of the year, the sun looks HUGE as it sets - and the sky is a kaleidoscope of colours.

Is that unaided? Seriously though the sun setting over the sea is stunning. Can't ever remember a sunset on land.

Brighton - even Hove!

Yep tonights sunset in Brighton was amazing. It was a load of dark blue cloud on the horizon with the sun behind it shooting bright light above it and making the edge shine brilliantly. The piers always make good photos in sunsets as they are in silhouette.

You're right Steve. The cloud on the horizon just added to the effect. Were the starlings doing their West Pier show?
