It's more to do with your testosterone levels, they're higher when you're younger, or taking steroids.

Yes. I think it does that too, mine was at its highest when I was 30 to 34, now at 40, it is at its lowest, it could do with the dieting too, as being in a deficit lowers your sex drive and test levels

It's normal to ho through periods of not wanting sex and then wanting sex, sometimes testosterone levels or your mental status. If it's all the time I recommend seeing your doctor.
