Anyone else think that the following “Looking for” preferences should be added (could save a lot of time)

BBC

Beard

Any others?

They really don’t if you read profiles normally it will be in the text

yes i think there should be more options love the beard option that would be my first block and save so much time due to those who dont read profiles or ignore my dislikes by thinking they are above it ..

I get what you're saying....but the narrower your search parameters get, the fewer results come back and given that there aren't dozens of new members joining each day you'd soon exhaust all options.

And what then?

You'd possibly adjust your search criteria to widen opportunities if you had no joy with initial browses, a lack of response from any messages and no conversations or meets.

Two of your suggestions are static (height and BBC) but beards grow and are shaved off - you'd have to keep adjusting your own profile description whenever there was a change otherwise it would be false advertising. ??

1 men lie about their height

2 there is already a search option for ethnicity

3 beards come and go

The need for these additional filters wouldn't be needed if people bothered to read profiles

How about an option for 'not looking for straight single men'?

That's would purge a Huge chunk of Fab in one swoop ?? most of the profiles for couples I have looked at either want Bi men or Women. (A few exceptions).

Obviously everyone could contact the single guys

Some of that information is already on there, it would be a case of adding it to the filtering system.

It's a debate between reducing people to a bunch of tick boxes and making the search more efficient.

People may feel fetishized or marginalized or they may welcome how much time it saves.

I guess it depends how important the physical aspects are to you as opposed to personality.

I've definitely been having a nice chat moving in a positive direction, only for it all to shut down when it turns out they don't like bald guys...
