You can't decide if someone else unblocks you. You seem to be misunderstanding what the block button means. It doesn't mean you have done anything wrong, it means the person who has blocked you doesn't want to see your Profile or for you to see there's or for you to be able to contact them.

if you've been blocked from messaging it will lift in a couple of hours. If you've been blocked by a person you will have to accept their decision

Blocked from what?

Messaging? You probably used a forbidden word or a website in a message .. it'll clear in a couple of hours

By a person? That's what assume people do for their own reasons ... pay it no mind

From chat? You either received a mail that says for how long or you need to contact admin

blocked from who if its a fab block it doesnt last long but if its from a person you have been messaging you cant unblock them they have blocked for a reason

i block if not my tupe etc save hassle

From what you have been blocked from Admin wouldn't take lightly and only after warnings. To get the block lifted you will need to ask Admin from the contact link, if they are going to lift the block they will mail and let you know
