I like them, they’re quite versatile bits of equipment, that with the right exercises….can give you a total body workout.

I love kettlebells. (I am not using mine enough though).

You can use them simultaneously for core, strength and stamina. They are deceptive in that you work alot harder than you realise.

Enjoy them.

As a cheap alternative to kettle bells, buy some bags of cat litter and use those.

Just tried it out and was surprised about how much of a workout i got from them.

Good man. If you haven't used them before, you might have surprisingly sore muscles tomorrow or Tuesday.

Working out with kettlebells has improved my overall fitness by leaps and bounds. Obi Vincent is a great guy to follow on YouTube for workout but do yourself a favor and take 30mins to get your form right before you really push yourself with kettlebells.
