Just made myself tabbouleh with some harissa chickpeas.

Not exactly cooking (pour boiling water on the bulgur and that's the cooking done!) but plenty of fine chopping and it was gorgeously tasty.

I can't often be arsed with all the fine chopping required, so when I make it I'm always surprised how much I love it!

Roast veg tart sounds lovely. Might to a veg and goats cheese tart tomorrow if I can be faffed putting the oven on (such a lazy mare).
