Why will it not let me vari someone? I've tried twice now and it will not save it? Any ideas?? Thanks

It's a weird Fab-ism that's something to do with filters. If either of you have particular ones set then the verification doesn't stick for some reason. Try taking them all off for a moment while you send the verification, and then put them back.
